1 min read

Pennsylvania’s PLACEHOLDER continue to build on an impressive catalog which already includes various split and EP recordings and their widely praised full-length release I Don’t Need Forgiveness, which was released in 2013 via Black Numbers Records. PLACEHOLDER’s side of the split was self-recorded, mixed by Vince Ratti (Circa Survive, Title Fight) and mastered by Azimuth Studios (Make Do And Mend, Balance & Composure).

SLEEPING WEATHER, hailing from Colorado, burst onto the scene with a self-released EP in 2012 and saw their debut full-length, I Was Just On My Way Out, released on Suburban Home Records in 2014.  Sleeping Weather completed the recording, mixing and mastering of their contributions at Black in Bluhm Studios (Frank Turner, Teenage Bottlerocket, Lemuria) with Christopher Fogal.

PLACEHOLDER‘s breakup was announced at this location. Pre-order the split via Escapist Records’ online store.
