DECAPITATED are aiming at a late 2012 release for their “Covan Wake The Fuck Up” DVD including a documentary and live tribute show for their ex-vocalist, Adrian “Covan” Kowanek.
Adrian was left in a coma after his 2007 touring accident which claimed the life of the band’s drummer Witold “Vitek” Kieltyka. All proceeds from the DVD will support Kowanek‘s medical costs.
The band commented:
Some time ago we’ve finished filming a documentary about Covan and “Covan Wake The Fuck Up Tour” which was held in January this year.
DVD will be available for purchase in the last quarter of this year. The entire income from sales will be used for Adrian’s treatment.
The content of the DVD will include the concert in the club “Kwadrat” in Krakow, which took place 28.01.2012.
There will be also a documentary and bonuses, like gallery, etc.
REDPIG Productions and Creative Music with the cooperation of Sound Division, Redshift Studio and Creative Music Studio are responsible for its realization.
