One year after the first issue of Punk Rock Bowling and Music Festival compilation “Felony Records Goes Bowling”, the Hermosa Beach based label is back with a follow up edition with 100% of the digital sales going to Heal the Bay and National Park Service. Every band was asked to cover a band playing either Las Vegas, Denver or New Jersey festival this year and here’s the result. The record is a fascinating, battery-charging listen and another triumph for the amazing Californian label. Listen below.
While listening to A Fat Wreck comp, the idea came to us, that for our follow up comp to last years “Goes Bowling Vol. 1”, We challenged all the Felony Family Bands to cover any band playing Punk Rock Bowling in either Las Vegas, New Jersey or Denver. It was iffy that we would get enough bands to record in time to pull the idea off. Well, they did it and it turned out great.
Again, this year we will be handing the physical copies out for free at Punk Rock Bowling 2017. If you are not going to be able to make it to the events this year we are selling the Digital version on our Bandcamp with 100% of the proceeds being split between
