GALLOWS have finished recording their new album, due out October 9, 2012 via Bridge 9 Records. The band issued the following statement below.
For the last few weeks we have been holed up in the studio hiding from the outside world. Falling asleep sprawled out on the floor with the engineers curled up under the mixing board. We would escape every weekend to play a festival in Germany or England just to remind ourselves there was something outside those walls. We really pushed each other to make something new. But, we also made sure to look backwards at the music that has always inspired us. We are all extremely proud of this record and can’t wait for you to hear it.
The band have released a series of teasers for a documentary that will be featured on the special edition disc. few additional clips are available, as well:
