The Devil Wears Prada, consisting of Mike Hranica (vocals), Jeremy DePoyster (vocals, guitar), Mason Nagy (bass), Kyle Sipress (guitar), Jonathan Gering (keys, synthesizers), and Giuseppe Capolupo (drums), have announced the upcoming release of a deluxe edition of their eighth album Color Decay, which is set to arrive on May 5th through Solid State. The expanded version will be available both digitally and on vinyl and will contain 10 additional tracks.
These bonus tracks will include two new songs, acoustic versions of fan-favorite songs from Color Decay, live performances, and remixes, making it a must-have for collectors and fans alike.
“We’ve been so proud of and grateful for Color Decay feedback, and with that, we’re releasing our first deluxe edition in 15 years. Listeners have all chimed in with favorited tracks and we’ve cooked up a bunch of videos; fast forward, we figured we had no choice but to grow the Color Decay universe even bigger,” the band says.
And with that, TDWP have shared the video for the new track “Reaching.”Β
“‘Reaching’ is a song about unapologetic growth,” says Hranica. “I feel we often hear songs of resilience and strength that don’t really cover the dirty, harder times. It takes struggle and failure to better oneself, and I think that’s the soul of this tune.”

The Devil Wears Prada have been consistently delivering since forming in 2005.
Fans voted 2009’s seminal With Roots Above and Branches Below one of the 5 Greatest Metalcore Albums in a Revolver poll, with the magazine christening it “a true metalcore landmark.” The group has notched six consecutive Top 5 debuts on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums Chart, including Dead Throne [2011], 8:18 [2013], Space EP [2015], Transit Blues [2016], The Act [2019], and ZII EP [2021].
The latter served as a sequel to one of their most beloved projects β 2010’s Zombie EP. In the wake of the EP, the group exceeded a-quarter-of-a-billion cumulative streams and views. During 2021, the musicians decamped to remote hideaways together in Wisconsin and Desert Hot Springs, California.
This time around, Jon took the reins as producer, collaborating closely to assemble a rich sonic architecture for what would become Color Decay.
