Wes Borland, the guitarist of Limp Bizkit, has unexpectedly released a new solo album named “Mutiny On The Starbarge.” Borland initiated work on this album in the previous summer, and he invited his brother, Scott Borland, who is also a member of the band Big Dumb Face, to collaborate on some tracks by creating cello and string arrangements.
Borland’s solo music retains its ethereal quality, with a sound that’s reminiscent of a movie soundtrack or quite a decent post rock offering. Surprise! Listen below.
