4 DOTS [::] paint vast canvases of striking cinematic sounds on their new epic “XIXIX”

December 29, 2019
1 min read

It’s been 3 years since we learned about this great Warsaw based instrumental post metal act, and it’s my pleasure to let you know about their newest offering, a monumental three-tracker called XIXIX, available for streaming below!

Presented through the cover art by Kuba Sokรณlski and tracked in Raven Studio with producer Andy Dziadek, the record brings more dynamics and more shades of light and dark. The trio embraces all of it and it’s great to hear them bringing enough familiarity, yet dropping enough new ideas sonically that there’s no risk of falling into simple nostalgia, something that sadly many post rock and post metal bands experience.

Catch the band live alongside Black Tundra at the following stops:

10.01.2020 – Poznaล„, “Pod Minogฤ…” (+ Hadal)
11.01.2020 – Sล‚upsk, “Motor Rock Pub” (+ Hadal)
12.01.2020 – Gdaล„sk, “Wydziaล‚ Remontowy” (+ Hadal)
16.01.2020 – Sosnowiec, “Jazz Club Komin” (+ Forge of Clouds)
17.01.2020 – Wrocล‚aw, “Liverpool” (+ Forge of Clouds)
19.01.2020 – ลรณdลบ, “Niebostan”
