Gospel of Lies is taken from the same recording session as our upcoming album. We are currently working on the final touches of our upcoming album and a lot has happened since the release of โAn Ill Wind Blowingโ (2016) so we are very excited to showcase new material. The album โ and the single Gospel of Lies โ is a new chapter in the life of Age of Woe with a new line-up and a renewed passion to write unique music that we love. We are proud of what we have achieved with this album and to introduce you all to whatโs to come, we present Gospel of Lies as standalone single. This is the new beginning!

Age of Woe unloads pure audio destruction: not overly calculated, lightning-fast or technical, but reliably menacing and tremendously heavy. With the recent addition of Keijo Niinimaa (Rotten Sound / Morbid Evils / Goatburner) they have expanded their sound further to incapsulate some elements of progressive rock, which stacks well on top of their death metal foundations.
The band is currently in the studio putting down the final touches on their new album full of a unique, blood-pumping urgency that has produced something undeniably heavy. The world needs them.
