Australian chaotic metalcore beast SIGNALS share new single “Permanence”

1 min read

Australian metalcore outfit SIGNALS have shared  their intense new single, “Permanence,” showcasing the band’s signature chaotic sound.

Hailing from Adelaide, South Australia, SIGNALS have built a reputation for their aggressive and unrelenting energy, which is fully displayed across this three-track release.

Recorded at Interim Recording Studios with Jack Hartley and mixed/mastered by Jarred Nettle at House of SAP, the band delivers a meticulously brutal sound that feels both raw and calculated. “Permanence” spans just over two and a half minutes, but it packs a punch with its tight riffs and blistering pace.

The single opens with the title track, “Permanence,” where the lyrics capture a haunting scene: “The view from behind the wheel is distorting, the fear in my eyes has left.” These words complement the disorienting, fast-paced nature of the track, highlighting themes of existential dread and fleeting moments of clarity.
