With guitarist Gary Holt filling in for Jeff Hanneman in SLAYER, EXODUS have announced that their former guitarist Rick Hunolt will be filling in for him for the remainder of their upcoming European tour, which begins next month.
Hunolt had been the guitarist of EXODUS for 22 years, from 1983 to 2005, and played on many of their classic albums, including “Bonded By Blood” (1985), “Pleasures of the Flesh” (1987) and “Fabulous Disaster” (1989). About his semi-reunion with the band, he states:
I’m ecstatic, I’m nervous, I’m psyched… all the emotions wrapped up into one! It’s been years and I’ve been practicing hard. I CAN’T WAIT! I’m gonna rip it up!!!
