Norwich punk rockers from DUCKING PUNCHES have released a full stream of their amazing 2016 record “Fizzy Brain”! The 4-piece is planning out routing for their Mainland Europe tour in May, so stay tuned for some more details coming soon. Meanwhile, launch this amazing, uplifting soundtrack to life and scroll down to read the band’s short message wrapping up the last year and promising more for 2017,

The band commented on their endevours in 2016:

We released an album with Xtra Mile Recordings, who are proving to be the greatest label. We toured alongside some amazing bands such as Frank Turner, Lucero, Chas Palmer-Williams, John Allen and Elm Tree Circle. All who have become close friends who I miss on a daily basis. We’ve played just under 200 shows this year and have shared the stage with 100s of incredible bands from all over the world. To say I’ve been blown away by the quality of bands I’ve seen and albums I’ve heard this year, is an understatement. Punk Rock is alive and well, that’s for sure.

I’d like to take this time to say a gigantic thank you so our best buddies and crew members : Eddie, Chris and Penguin. They are the absolute best and worked so tirelessly with us this year.

Obviously the year didn’t go without a hitch, I broke my leg in August whilst filming the Greedy Bones video, which resulted in 3 months in a cast, one cancelled tour and a ton of painkillers. BUT, that is all fixed now!

It was an honour to play THE FEST again this year and we really hope we can make it back in 2017. This time, on two working pins.

We have so many exciting things planned for next year that I can’t wait for it to hit. We’re going to be touring a LOT!

We’ll see you on the road in 2017. With a new lineup and a new album.

Thanks so much for all your continuing support, it keeps this ship sailing. We have some of the best fans in the world and we owe you so much.

Happy New Year!
