Santa Barbara, California’s HARNESS has signed with Closed Casket Activities.
The label will be releasing their split 7″ with DISGRACE this Fall. HARNESS are planning to release their full length early next year.
The label commented:
Welcome HARNESS to Closed Casket. New split 7″ out this fall with Disgrace and a new 12″/CD in early 2013.
Check them out on tour next week with FIRE & ICE and The Beautiful Ones on their way to Sound And Fury. (…)I am excited to announce that Santa Barbara, CA’s own HARNESS will be releasing multiple records with CCA in the next year. Taking cues from acts such as Buried Alive, Bloodlet and Kickback, HARNESS has developed a violent sound that is fitting with their current CCA label mates. With the release of their spring 2012 debut 7″ep, Victims Of Suffering, the band toured the west coast along side Take Offense and Twitching Tongues, performing at this years Rain Fest. HARNESS will make their CCA debut on a split 7″ with label mates DISGRACE in the fall of 2012. This is just to hold people over until the band records their first full length for an early 2013 release.
HARNESS can be seen on tour this month with Fire & Ice and The Beautiful Ones as they make their way to this years Sound & Fury Festival. Dates are as follows.
07/14 Sacramento, CA @ Branch St
07/15 Reno, NV @ Holland Project
07/16 San Jose, CA @ Beat Shop
07/17 Fresno, CA @ CYC
07/18 Pomona, CA @ Aladdin Jr’s
07/20 – 07/22 Santa Barbara, CA @ Earl Warren Showgrounds (Sound & Fury Fest)
