Australia’s HOPELESS have announced their new singer.
The band issued the following statement:
Hey guys,
Weโve been pretty quiet the last month or so, but have some pretty big news weโve been wanting to share for a long time.
In late May we parted ways with our vocalist Brett Sutton as a result of creative differences. Brett has been a major cog in this band from the very beginning and things definitely wouldnโt be the same today without him. However, this does not mean the end for Hopeless.
From here on our good friend Mark Bawden of Break Even will be the new 5th member of Hopeless. Weโre really lucky to continue doing what we love with Mark on board and are in the middle of having the vocals finished for the new record which weโre hoping to have out as soon as we physically can.
Our first shows with Mark are as follows with more Australian dates currently in the works.
