CHEAP DATE is a side project of the NYHC band BLVD Of Death (Daze Records, ex Edgewood Records), which gravitated towards grungy 90s alt rock, dedicated to the Roland Jazz Chorus dreamy sound and all his Dream Pop consequences. Today, we’re excited to give you their new summer hit jam called “Cheap Date”!
The Cheap Date homonym song came out to give a taste of their upcoming full length album and give you a good idea what kind of energy we should expect from their upcoming live shows.
All music written by Cheap Date / Engineered by Leandro Ando Ferraiuolo at Till Deaf Recording Studio / Artwork & Layouts by Dario Esposito
Lyrics:
Cheap date
it doesn’t matter who you are
we can save money drinking in worse barCheap date
it doesn’t matter who you are
we can save money have a beer in worse bar
tales talks sometimes more tough than how it’s gone
i love to hold you the time i need crawl farI spend my time letting waste your time
you still hang from my sick joke
i spend my time letting waste your time
you still hang from my sick joke
you waste your time hearing how i feel bad to this mad worldCheap date
it doesn’t matter who you are
we can save money have a beer in worse bar
tales talks sometimes more tough than how it’s gone
i love to hold you the time i need crawl far
