Japanese bands SxGxS and TAKE YOUR LIFE blend fastcore and melodic punk on their new high-octane split EP

Yokosuka fastcore SxGxS and Kanazawa female fronted melodic punk TAKE YOUR LIFE released split album “Giving is Living” today. Digital releases is available on every platforms.

SxGxS is a drum vocal fastcore band based in Yokosuka, Japan that has been active since 2011. They appear all around Japan with not only hardcore bands such as Master Peace, SYSTEMATIC DEATH, SLANG but melodic punk bands such as Neutral, Shames and waterweed as well.

In recent years, the band has also supporting overseas such as Adrenalized (Spain), eleventwelfth (Indonesia) and …Whatever That Means (Korea).

TAKE YOUR LIFE is female fronted melodic punk band from Kanazawa, Japan. Their musical style is deeply influenced by melodic punk classics like No Use For A Name and Belvedere.

Since their appearance in 2015, they are touring around Japan with many melodic punk acts such as Shames (Japan), STRIKE AGAIN (Japan), Too Close To See (Japan), waterweed (Japan), Adrenalized (Spain), F.O.D (Belgium) and Friends With The Enemy (Austria).
