In the back of the van this week on a longer drive, Brad, Chad, and I were rediscovering some old demos that ended up becoming songs on Wildlife. This was “sad idea in A.mp3” and eventually became the beginning of “All Our Bruised Bodies and the Whole Heart Shrinks.” It is three acoustic guitars recorded in garage band in my lonely basement apartment about 14 months ago. Weird to go back and find it in this form, but thought it would be cool to share.
