Born as a solo project by Cesco (former drummer of the math chaotic hardcore band ZEIT from Venice, Italy) and evolved to a three-headed monster with the help of Nicolò Gerotto of metal band Maat Mons, and vocalist Sebastiano Busato (ex-ZEIT, Anbruch, 400colpi), Dødehender is a new super intense black metal project taht is every bit as nasty as advertised. Restless, bursting with ideas, and super intense, their debut offering “A cursed child made careless mistakes in a place laden with memories” balances furious blasts with epic, evilish atmosphere and helps us understand the very truth that the definition of extremism is ever-changing.
Released as a limited edition 12” vinyl by Callisto Records, Assurd Records, Tanato Records and Youth Of Today Records, the crushing debut is getting a quick re-release on tape on February 28th. Only 100 copies with two different covers version and two different tape colors are planned, so be quick. A new short run of vinyl reissue has not yet been announced, but it will be announced shortly.
