Metallic hardcore pack KURSHA goes into beast mode on new vicious EP “Eclipse”

1 min read

It’s extreme, cranked to the max with even more darkness, utter heaviness and mayhem. Russian metallic hardcore band KURSHA injected this album with every ounce of venom they could produce, but given its subject matter, it’s no surprise.

The album “Eclipse” (“Затмение”) marked a new milestone in the history of the group. Coming up after 2 years of tough pandemic restrictions and some line-up changes, they have changed the sound even more towards metallic hardcore, and the overall mood of the release has become much more dark and aggressive compared to previous records.

Comments the band: “Our lyrics are about a person who is at the epicenter of some kind of catastrophe that occurred through the fault of people (war, social system, etc.).”
