New York’s MORNING GLORY have prmeiered a song called “Standard Issue”, off their upcoming full-length album titled “War Psalms”, to be released on March 4th through Fat Wreck Chords.
The band commented:
“Shawn played the riff for ‘Standard Issue’ for me one day at practice and I loved it so much I made him play it over and over. Then I instantly regretted that decision as it got stuck in my head for the next 3 damn days, looping over and over again. It drove me completely bonkers.This is what neurologists call an ‘ear worm.’ The only way to get a song like this out of your head is to listen to a more annoyingly catchy song…like ‘Row, Row, Row Your Boat’ or the theme to ‘The Greatest American Hero.’”
