Oslo metallized hardcore pack FERAL NATURE shares new single “Hereditary”, feat. Victor Kaas from EYES and LLNN

1 min read

FERAL NATURE has been steadily rising through Oslo’s hardcore scene, and with today’s release of their new single “Hereditary,” they’ve hit another significant milestone. Featuring Victor Kaas from EYES and LLNN, the track drops just ahead of their highly anticipated EP Rituals, set for a November 20 release.

This is the third single to drop from the EP, following the earlier releases of “Unleash” and “Déjà Vécu.”

The band’s guitarist, Rob Hamilton, previously mentioned how the collaborations on Rituals came about from a time of uncertainty when they hadn’t yet found their vocalist, Selma Bahner. The result is a lineup of guest features from friends and peers in the scene, including members from BARREN WOMB, SÂVER, and SIBIIR.

FERAL NATURE is no stranger to intensity, with “Hereditary” delivering a blistering sonic assault. The band has a knack for channeling frustration and existential dread into their music, with previous tracks like “Déjà Vécu” touching on humanity’s inability to learn from past mistakes.

The collaboration with Victor Kaas adds a menacing edge to “Hereditary“.

This week is shaping up to be huge for the band, with their performance at Høstsabbat Festival on the horizon and an announcement for Inferno Festival 2025 now official. The Oslo-based outfit, known for their visceral live shows, is poised to bring that same energy to these upcoming stages.
