With their name referring to one of my favorite movies of all times, “2001: A Spaceย Odyssey” by S. Kubrick, Gdansk based instrumental post rock act SIGNAL FROM EUROPAย seems to be a band just waiting to explode into the wider instrumental music scene. Their newย EP “Dusty Monuments” has been released for streaming and it’s the work of intimacy and honesty. SIGNAL FROM EUROPA take some of the most exciting cosmological images and concepts andย turn it into something magical and at times deeply beautiful.ย Hopefully theyโre here to stay.
