Revelation Records has just announced the signing of NJ straight edge hardcore act SEARCH (members of FLOORPUNCH, MOUTHPIECE, TURNING POINT, HANDS TIED)! Check out the new title track for their upcoming early 2017 seven-inch release and read the official word below.

From the remains of such seminal New Jersey Straight Edge bands as TurningPoint, Floorpunch and Mouthpiece comes the five piece unit known as SEARCH. Much like the bands from which they spawned, SEARCH kicks out a classic style of east coast Hardcore that’s lean, mean and created with the intent to elicit the type of sing-a-longs and stage dives you would have expected to witness on Sunday afternoons of yesteryear.
But this is no nostalgia act. While the six songs of their debut 7” EP “Between The Lines” are a testament to a specific style and sound of Hardcore, SEARCH most definitely exists in the here and now with a timeless message that is still as relevant and important today as it was when the members themselves discovered it in their teens. And now, thirty years strong, here they are: SEARCH.
