Big Karl from PA’s STRENGTH FOR A REASON was rushed to the hospital with a serious blood clot in his leg.

He was charged with huge medical bills with his insurance not covering it. Please, spread the word and help him out. Use this link or simply donate via PayPal [email protected].

The band commented:

Due to an emergency situation, we will not be playing the fest in trenton tonight. Karl was admitted to the hospital a short while ago for a blood clot in his leg.

Just an update on Karl’s situation. He is doing well but is still in the hospital. Hopefully he will be released mid week, but he will be on meds for the next couple months to totally eliminate the clot. It was a close call, but we are grateful they caught the problem in time. Karl and the rest of us would like to thank everyone for all the concern and support!

NO TURNING BACK will be playing a benefit show with WORLD EATER, LOOK MY WAY and STATE OF MIND. The band commented:

We are working on a benefit show for one of our family members Karl Kivler from Strength For A Reason. He was rushed to the hospital last Saturday with a blood clot in his leg; if he hadn’t been treated that night, he would have died. He was left with massive medical bills, and his insurance isn’t covering it.
Together… with our Belgium friends in Foundation Bookings we are looking now for a venue. Bands that are already confirmed to play this show are World Eater, Look My Way, State Of Mind and No Turning Back. More info will come today. If you have questions or want to help out, let us know
