THE REAL MCKENZIES have premiered a new music video for their song “Due West”, taken from the band’s forthcoming album Two Devils Will Talk, which is scheduled to be released on March 3rd through Fat Wreck Chords / Stomp Records
Bassist/vocalist Troy Zak commented:
“Making this video was a real thrill for the McKenzies… except for the clause in the insurance that said we couldn’t actually drink any booze while on the ship! We worked with our new friends at Sunavision who did a great job finding the location. We shot on a real WW2 vessel that had seen it’s share of action. The Pacific Yellowfin was also involved in The Bay of Pigs smuggling weapons for the CIA, so being a part of it’s long history was a privilege. Did I mention we didn’t get drunk during the shooting of the video?”
