California-based street punk act TOTAL CHAOS are offering a free download of “Hooligan’s Holiday”, a track from their most recent studio album “Battered and Smash”.

“Battered and Smahsed” was released already last summer in Europe on Concrete Jungle Records. A U.S. release will finally arrive on February 14th.
