TURNING POINT was one of the pioneer forces of American straight edge hardcore movement. They formed in 1988 and broke up in 1991. The band’s original vocalist, Frank ‘Skip’ Candelori, passed away in 2002. The cause of death was said to be an accidental drug overdose. They reformed in March 2016 and performed at This is Hardcore festival in Philadelphia in early August 2016.
