Soon after the recent announcement of his new record and European tour in September, Italian punk rocker Gab De La Vega is back with a new video for his new song called “I Want Nothing”, filmed in Toronto and New York! We’re thrilled to premiere it exclusively below!
“I Want Nothing” comes from Gab’s new record of the same name, slated for a September release viaย Epidemic Recordsย (Italy),ย Backbite Recordsย (Germany) andย Vegan Recordsย (Argentina)! The singer-songwriter teamed up with drummer Marco โCelloโ Cellini (previously with Gab in the hardcore punk trio THE SMASHROOMS) and Simone Piccinelli, who worked on two of his previous LPs (Songs Of Existence and Never Look Back), and brought a full band arrangement in studio, which Gab defined as โa real attempt to come out of my comfort zone and I feel like I made it with the best of results.โ
Side B of the record is going to be an acoustic rendition of THE MISFITS classic โSome Kinda Hateโ. โI Want Nothingโ cover picture was taken on a New York metro train during the Summer.
