DEFEATER‘s frontman Derek Archambault announced the news via the message below. The band will release their fourth full length later this year.
In other news, the band will be heading out for their first ever full US headliner in late March. Joining them will be COUNTERPARTS, CAPSIZE, BETTER OFF, and HOTEL BOOKS. See the dates below.

“After a year away from touring and nearly two of immobility, I have never been happier to push forward with Defeater. Releasing a new album with a label I have bought records from for more than 20 years still doesn’t feel real. Like many of my peers, Epitaph‘s 90’s roster was a big part of the soundtrack to my teenage years. Signing to Epitaph and a full U.S. tour this spring has the makings of a banner year for Defeater.”
