Slated for an October 7th CD and black cassette release through Hidden Home Records, “Wilt”, the newest record from YOUNG, PLANETARY approaches its adherence to ’90s with great passion. The band’s debut full length is called “Wilt” serves a perfect treat for fans of SUPERHEAVEN, TITLE FIGHT, but its shades of the emo/grunge aesthetic create more of a feeling than sonic influences. Check out their new song “Stale” and leave your comments below.
“Stale” is one of those songs that really took on a life of its own during the recording process. I actually almost scrapped it from the record early on! Thankfully, the tremendous team of people working with me on this project each brought something truly magical to the table when it came time to hit record on this particular track. Without their contributions, I don’t think the song would have developed such a strong emotional resonance, and for that, I’m grateful to be surrounded by such talented people. – Trevor (Young, Planetary)
