An ode to the ache of change – TEETH streaming new massive EP

1 min read

Hamilton, Ontario hardcore band TEETH have released their debut EP, A Biblical Worship of Violence, which delves into the raw emotions experienced during challenging personal times for the band members. The EP captures their struggles and provides a platform to discuss the state of the world, focusing on division, compulsion, and the innate propensity for cruelty and brutality among humans.

Guitarist Chris LeMasters emphasizes that the band had a clear vision for their sound from the outset, with no intentions of creating radio-friendly singles but rather aiming to convey sheer aggression and intensity through their music.

A Biblical Worship of Violence is an intense and aggressive auditory experience.

Available through New Damage/Nuclear Blast, the new EP showcases powerful riffs, menacing vocals, and thunderous breakdowns, accompanied by sharp, dark commentary on the human condition.

After working with co-producer/engineer Davis Maxwell and mixer/mastering engineer Lance Prenc, LeMasters and Prince are eager to perform live again, unleashing their raw energy on stage.

Guitarist Chris LeMasters and vocalist Blake Prince, who formed the band in 2019, aimed for a raw, emotional sound that reflected their personal struggles. Initially satisfied as a studio project, they released singles until 2021, gaining traction and leading to the creation of the EP.
