1 min read

Copenhagen-based Anti Ritual makes a resounding return to the EP format, unveiling their third creation, Green Terrorism,” which is now available on Indisciplinarian. This latest release can be streamed globally and comes as a 7″ vinyl, accompanied by a music video for its titular track.

The 2021 album “Expel The Leeches” touched upon the grave consequences of capitalism on Earth’s climate, but “Green Terrorism” takes center stage, emphasizing the need for action and exhibiting zero tolerance toward those who exploit the planet for financial gain.

Musically, Anti Ritual has concentrated on crafting succinct songs that can be accommodated on a 7″ vinyl. The result is a six-track EP that runs for approximately eight minutes and encapsulates the quintessential essence of their corrosive black/grind hardcore sound, which has been a trademark since their self-titled 2014 debut EP.

Maintaining their staunch DIY ethos, the band handles everything from writing and arranging to recording, producing, and designing. For the artwork, they enlisted the talents of 16-year-old artist Neel Krogholt Bjørst, whose vision captures the perspective of future generations inheriting the world we leave behind.
