ANGEL DU$T premiere new video for “Want It All”

2 mins read

ANGEL DU$T have shared a brand-new official video for “Want It All,” which is featured on their widely celebrated Roadrunner Records debut LP, PRETTY BUFF. Directed by Ian Shelton, the “Want It All” music video is streaming now!

Vocalist Justice Tripp told Highsnobiety magazine, who premiered the video,

“I loved Ian’s vision for the track. We got together and mutually decided that the song felt like a post-apocalyptic camp fire tune and he ran with that. Also, I really wanted an excuse to ride a horse and I’m glad he made that happen.”

Angel Du$t are currently in the middle of their “Pretty Buff: North America Part 2” tour, which continues tonight in Miami, FL with special guests Gouge Away and Glitterer (see attached itinerary). This July they’ll head overseas for their “Euro Buff” tour which begins July 12th with a performance at the U.K.’s 2000 Trees Festival and continues with a run of dates through Germany, Hungary, Poland, and The Netherlands. Higher Power will support on all dates with tickets for the tour on sale now at angeldustmoney.com. Thrasher Magazine attests, “If you’ve ever had the chance to see Angel Du$t, you know they get the crowd so damn high they lose their fucking minds.”

Recorded with producer Will Yip at Studio 4 in Conshohocken, PA, PRETTY BUFF has started earning “Best of 2019 So Far” accolades with UPROXX naming the album to their “Best Indie Albums of 2019 So Far” round-up, and GQ naming album standout “Park” to their “45 Best Songs of 2019 So Far” recap. PRETTY BUFF also features early singles “Big Ass Love,” “Take Away The Pain,” “Bang My Drum,” and “On My Way,” and follows Angel Du$t’s 2016 breakthrough LP, ROCK THE FUCK ON FOREVER.

Named an “Artist To Watch: 17 Alternative & Indie Breakouts for 2019” by Billboard, Angel Du$t’s “Big Ass Love” was named one of “The 20 Best Rock Songs Right Now” by The FADER who praised the track for its “Fast-paced acoustic guitar chords, speedy vocals, and sunny melodies.” STEREOGUM asserted “Angel Du$t’s ripping hardcore seems to have emerged even more melodic… hurling forward with layers of percussion and a chunking acoustic guitar,” while REVOLVER named Angel Du$t one of “5 Artists You Need To Know: January 2019.”

Comprised of Justice Tripp (Vocals), Daniel Fang (Drums), Pat McCrory (Guitars/Vocals), Brendan Yates (Guitars/Vocals), and Jeff Caffey (Bass), Angel Du$t is a band averse to boundaries. Stacking hooks and harmonies over unorthodox acoustic guitars, beds of hand percussion, and the occasional saxophone, Angel Du$t are leaders for the shifting zeitgeist into punk circles. That is their rebellion.
