Polish atmospheric post metallers SAULE have premiered their impressive debut record on Avantgarde Music earlier this month and it is high time you get acquainted with this stunning offering. “Saule” plays like both an aggregation and an expansion of everything the genre has offered so far, with a strong focus on the marriage between atmopsheric and intense, subtly and epic. It expands on both black and post metal’s boundaries and holds its dark spirit close. Highly recommended.
