While anthemic bangers such as โExploding Youthโ and โEnvyโ and jangle punk screeds such as โHard Timesโ and โMaintaining My Directionโ remain the bandโs bread and butter, they are complimented on BABYSITTER by free-form freak-outs such as โNeighbours Play The Worst Musicโ and downtempo genre exercises such as โCandyโ and โHippy in the City.โ The resulting album captures the BABYSITTER you can expect to see live: poignant and hopeful hits tempered by aggressive asides and humourous provocations.

The cover art by comics icon Marc Bell (Drawn & Quarterly) mirrors the album’s attitude: at once unwieldy and visceral, psychedelic and masterfully crafted, beautiful and belligerent.
