REFUSED singer Dennis Lyxzén has issued a statement in regards to the band members’ future plans after the end of their reunion tour, which could result in another breakup.
He states:
So, I don’t even know where to start. I am beyond words grateful and thankful for this past year. It has been a wild ride and I wanna thank each and everyone of you that came out and supported these old punks!!
Now other stuff is happening and if you are interested in other parts of mine and the other guys musical endeavours and life here is a short update on what is going on!
I am recording a new record with my band Invasionen. In January. Invasionen is a postpunk sort of project with some of my closest and most amazing friends! Our new record is being done in both a Swedish and English version and should be out by the summer with some luck. I am also doing a Hardcore band with some friends called Ac4. http://www.facebook.com/AC4official Just good old Hardcore. We have a record out in March called Burn the World on my label Ny Våg Records. David is working on some musical projects as well. Last year he released a record under the name of Heavy Feather and he is working on some stuff together with Magnus and Kristofer which should be very interesting to follow!
Kristofer is directing his first opera in February which pretty wild!
Jon is finishing up his last term of medical school so by this time next year he will be a full on biking, skiing and running Doctor. He is also working on some musical projects that will see the light of day next year!We will try and not bore you with our new projects here but once in a while we will check in and let you know what we are up to. If you are curious track down the new music that we are creating and if you like it support us. I think that we need it way more than Refused!!! : )
