Drummer Jon Allen, a one-time band leader of TESTAMENT and also a member of SADUS, DRAGONLORD, FUTURES END and AC/DZ, has been recovering from the removal of what is reported to be a very large, life-threatening blood clot in his right leg.
Back-to-back state-of-the-art ultrasonic clot-busting treatment was performed last Wednesday (March 7th) and on the following day (March 8th) in an effort to clear a complete blockage. Reports have said that the procedures were a complete success and Allen is expected to make a full recovery and return to performing within a few weeks.
