Reflections Records has announced the impending release of the debut LP from Providence, Rhode Island-based sonic butchers, FUCKING INVINCIBLE (DROPDEAD / DAUGHTERS members), who have just ended their US west coast tour with LOMA PRIETA a couple of days back.
Comprised of local musicians who’ve collectively spent time in Daughters, Dropdead, Soul Control, Sweet Jesus and others, FUCKING INVINCIBLE unloads a barrage of volatile and pissed-off hardcore, citing the grueling intensity of early hardcore icons Infest, Assfactor 4, Black Army Jacket, C.R., Left For Dead, Dropdead and the likes, delivered through an intense seemingly sludge metal-designed overload of amplification. Their high-speed blasts and gnarled whirlwind of riffs also max-out at low-tempos, creating monstrous, dredging breakdowns, a scathing vocal rant raging through it all.
Following two previous 7” EPs through Atomic Action! Records — 2012’s Very Negative and 2013’s Downtown Is Dead — FUCKING INVINCIBLE now pairs up with Reflections Records and Atomic Action! in the USA, for the release of their first full-length album, It’ll Get Worse Before It Gets Better. Recorded by Will Killingsworth at Dead Air in Western Massachusetts, the album packs an intense onslaught of their most fierce material yet into a fifteen-minute rampage. It’ll Get Worse Before It Gets Better will see a vinyl/digital release by mid-Summer, with a final release date to be confirmed later on.
