After an amazing split record with SPIRITS, one week after their appearance at Vermont Music Showcase, Vermont punks from GET A GRIP are back with a new brief killer tune called “Equals”! Tracked at the Woodshed recording space, mixed and mastered by Vincent Freeman at Green Mountain Records, the track comes from “Equals”, GET A GRIP’s new full length record!

This is the world premier of our new song “Equals” that is off our upcoming full length record “True Blue”.The song was inspired by the book/film” To Kill A Mockingbird” The lead character Atticus Finch has been a huge influence on the band and inspired us to write the song.As a band we have a strong stance against bullying and hate of all kinds.We truly believe that we are all equal.The band is getting ready to head to Texas for this years SXSW fest, We also have a new 7″ split that will be out on Speedowax Records (UK) next month.Enjoy the new songs
