Grind hardcore/metal beast SLOWLY WE ROT re-release their crushing EP

1 min read

Time for some brutal treat for the ears. The violent mixture of blackened death metal, crust hardcore and massive distorted guitar riffage from Beglium’s SLOWLY WE ROT have finally found its new way on vinyl. The band has just announced the release of this amazing record on 12″ vinyl for August 15th, with pre-order to be launched in mid-July. Unleash the monster and learn more details below.

SLOWLY WE ROT

“Slowly We Rot takes you back to that barren meadow of raw metallic hardcore and definitely praise their Nordic metal gods in that process. This referring to some obvious HM-2 worship on their latest effort “Poverty of Existence” and the unrelenting black influence to it’s title track. It’s simply impossible to label the band with a genre when some death/grind and raw, crusty riffage is circling in between, so let’s keep it to their own description: “Blackened everything”.

Being around since 2013, they’ve released a split with Depravation and the EP “Poverty of Existence” on tape, which will now also be out on 12” vinyl this summer brought to you by their current labels and others such as Wooaaargh, Dingleberry, Drown Within, Holy Goat, Shalosh Cult and Vetala Productions for worldwide distribution. The band has devoured a good amount of shows and tours throughout Europe and they don’t seem ready to slow down just yet being back in their original lineup.”

Tour Dates:

03/07 Bastard Grave, Torturerama – ‘t Linne, Overpelt
05/08 Graf Orlock, Ghostlimb – Antwerpen, Music City
17/09 Willemeen Arnhem, NL
21/10 – 23/10 Germany w/ Depravation
