HOPELESS present new singer

1 min read

Australia’s HOPELESS have announced their new singer.

Hopeless

The band issued the following statement:

Hey guys,

We’ve been pretty quiet the last month or so, but have some pretty big news we’ve been wanting to share for a long time.

In late May we parted ways with our vocalist Brett Sutton as a result of creative differences. Brett has been a major cog in this band from the very beginning and things definitely wouldn’t be the same today without him. However, this does not mean the end for Hopeless.

From here on our good friend Mark Bawden of Break Even will be the new 5th member of Hopeless. We’re really lucky to continue doing what we love with Mark on board and are in the middle of having the vocals finished for the new record which we’re hoping to have out as soon as we physically can.

Our first shows with Mark are as follows with more Australian dates currently in the works.

Tuesday August 14th – Billionaire, Brisbane (18+)
Wednesday August 15th – Spring Hill Hall, Brisbane (AA)

We will keep you up to date with new tour dates, new merch, a release date for the new album and a lot more very soon.

FEEL ALIVE,

Hopeless.
