JOB FOR A COWBOY has announced that they will be embarking on a short tour of the northeastern US, with select dates in Canada. Direct support on the tour will come from Cephalic Carnage with additional supporting acts I Declare War, label mates Allegaeon, as well as Legion. The tour will begin December 6th and wraps up on December 18th.

Founding member and vocalist Jonny Davy adds: “Hey guys! We’re very excited to announce our first headlining run in almost two years! This will be an incredible tour with the lineup we’ve put together. We have one more special guest to announce as well as a couple more tricks up our sleeve. Do not miss this tour! It’s going to be a rager!”

ALLEGAEON vocalist Ezra Haynes expresses the band’s enthusiasm for returning to the road: “We are beyond excited to be a part of this upcoming tour with Job for a Cowboy, Colorado’s own Cephalic Carnage, I Declare War and Legion. We’ve been waiting a long time to join a tour package of this caliber. We’re looking forward to these east coast dates and can’t wait to get out there and hang with some new friends. We are extremely grateful for this long overdue opportunity. We can’t wait to see you all out there!”

Popular horror portal Bloody Disgusting hosted the premiere of JOB FOR A COWBOY’s “Tarnished Gluttony” video. The disturbing nine-and-a-half-minute clip was directed by Michael Panduro (Saint Vitus, Cephalic Carnage), and is from the band’s Demonocracy full-length, issued earlier this year through Metal Blade Records. View “Tarnished Gluttony” at THIS LOCATION. “Tarnished Gluttony” was recently awarded with the “Best Kill” award at The Three Corpse Circus film festival in Ann Arbor, MI. The video will also be screened at the San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival in Spain on October 29th.

MetalSucks.net has been hosting an exclusive instructional guitar column, entitled The Leads Are Weak, written by JOB FOR A COWBOY’s Tony Sannicandro. The popular column is an insightful, educational, and entertaining outlook on various guitar techniques. The columns can be read HERE.
