KERMIT’s debut album Autoficción was recorded by sound engineer Sergio Cascales in Dune v.2.0 studios in Málaga. The front cover of the album is a visual poem in Roberto Bolaño’s novel “The Savage Detectives” that depicts the movements of reality through the concept of journey: calmness, moderate movement, and rupture. All of them are present at different intensities in KERMIT’s music in particular and lives in general.
KERMIT have recently signed with German netlabel Pin Musik for exclusive worldwide distribution of Autoficción’s digital format. The physical format editions include a 9-song solid-white vinyl and a 12-song 8-page jewelbox CD, published by Itaca Records.
