Mellow indie rockers WEATHERS drop a new nostalgic video for their track ‘Piece Of Light, Pt. 2’

1 min read

Beglian dreamy indie rockers WEATHERS have invested some more time and energy to further experiment and bring us yet another music video directed by Clément Steffen. Titled “Piece of Light Pt.2”, the song is an extract from the physical version of their debut album “Germinatio“, while the video features a series of atmospheric shots of a couple of locations near Luxembourg City. Watch below and immerse yourself in its beauty.

The band’s guitarist Clément Steffen commented:

The time lapse has been recorded In Schweich (little village in Luxemburg), the thunder  and the burning pine sequences have been been filmed in Guirsch (where I grew up in Belgium, it’s a lovely tiny village). Actually it’s only few shots (4-5) that have been mixed together in a different way.

I wanted to make surrealist shoot of nature. The time lapse is actually a mix between the dawn and twilight. I’ve tried to create a moment of the day that doesn’t exist between day and night.

“Piece of Light
Makes my rights
Walking through
The dark of the time”

Catch the band at their upcoming shows in Belgium:

June 15 – Fête de la musique w/ Lescop, Dan San,… (Izel, BE)
September 9 – Open Stream Festival w/ Typh Barrow, StarFlam,… ( Hotton, BE)
