‘Coast To Coast’ is the swan song of an old couple who refuse to face modern reality. It bursts into life within seconds with the whole band crashing in around a soaring guitar riff, hooking listeners in with the “Don’t mind me dear, I’m tired & I want to go home” refrain. ‘Souvenir’ is a visceral, rasping, in-your-face piece focusing on a mental breakdown which blurs lines of love, obsession & murder.
In 2013 NARCS were named ‘Band Of The Year’ by Gig Islands, their debut album was named ‘Album Of The Year’ by Impropaganda & their album launch show was named ‘Gig Of The Year’ by Dearly Noted. Happy Days Music named them as one of their ‘Ones To Watch’ for 2014 & the band have been selected to play at Live At Leeds in May.
