New Age Records announce new release from classic hardcore act FREEWILL

1 min read

Formed in 1987, California hardcore band FREEWILL quickly became a staple at local shows sharing the stage with bands like Uniform Choice, No For An Answer, Reason to Believe, Insted and many others. Soon after signing to and recording this record for Wishingwell Records, the label closed down leaving this release on a shelf. Years later the master tape was sold to Lost and Found records in Europe (without the bands knowledge or approval) and was bootlegged and made available on CD. Fast forward to 2016, New Age Records has released the first actual authorized release of their one and only LP, and today, the label has revealed the exciting new about the band’s new record called “Pedestrians”, to be released on March 13th!

Check out two new tracks, premiered via NoEcho back in 2017 and check out the full stream of their 1988 classic “Sun Return”! Also, check back for more details as this story is developing.
