New England melodic hardcore punks GET A GRIP announce break-up

1 min read

After just 3 releases (2012’s self-titled EP, 2014’s Green Peaks // Dark Valley EP and last year’s IDIOTEQ premiered album Endless) and almost 7 years of supporting their local scene, Vermont based hardcore punks GET A GRIP have decided to chuck towel in and call it a day. The band’s guitarist and our good online buddy Nick Grandchamp commented:

Words can’t explain the blood and energy we all put into the band, we are not leaving on bad terms, we all love and care for each other.

Last show to be announce for December, you won’t wanna miss it.

A thank you list and more love to come.

We firmly believe these fellas have failed to receive the attention they deserved before sadly deciding to call it quits, but remember that it’s never too late to get acquainted with their energizing work. Here it is, streaming in its full power. Listen and stay tuned for more details on their farewell gig.
