This balancing act of moods can sometimes lend a band a trap of indecision, yet dozens if not hundreds of artists promoted here on IDIOTEQ have managed to well fluctuate between different soundscapes and make their art concise and constructive. Both bold and filled with nostalgic and joyful atmopshere, yet layered and emotional, French indie emo punk band CONTRACTIONS (members of 2XU, Daïtro, Baton Rouge, Irradiates, Red Gloves, Whoresnation) expand on the brilliance of their inspirations and sound so natural and captivating.
