NYHC veterans rip hard with their new project ACHE (new track premiere!)

1 min read

Made up of NYHC vets who are not into touting their credits, ACHE deliver a powerful type of raw hardcore punk with 80’s thrash riffage and crust elements thrown in. Their new track “Razors” introduces a thrillingly unstable balance between atmospheric build-up and poweful, wild gallops. IDIOTEQ is really stunned to premiere this new jam below, along with the official word from the band. Whatsmore, the whole record hits so strong and so true, almost never disappointing. Taste this fine appetizer below and leave your thoughts in the comments below.

Fade Away by ACHE hits the streets on December 16 via Dead City Records. The band has toured the US East Coast playing with artists including CROMAGS, EYEHATEGOD, RINGWORM and KILLSWITCH ENGAGE.

Vocalist Ryan Bland commented:

Razor was written about someone that was alone for long periods while suffering from depression. He had nightmares about razors cutting his wrist and sits by himself staring at a straight razor for hours. In his head the razor was his friend, and he needed it’s approval.”

ACHE is: Ryan Bland (vocals), Mattakins (guitars), Dan Piro (guitars), Rey Brutal (bass), Ryan Seit (drums).
