After Lars Weiss had left JUDGE he formed GIVING TREE with Kate, Sean and John. It only lasted long enough to get three songs recorded. Kate went on to play guitar in 108. This was released with Rope-A-Dope records which was owned by Carl Porcaro from KILLING TIME.
