STRIFE touring Europe in Summer 2016 [UPDATE]

After cancelling their 2014 tour last year and revealing a new track this Summer, highly influential hardcore veterans from STRIFE are back in the game. The band is booking their European tour as we speak! The trek starts on June 17th and finishes on July 3rd 2016. Book you gig now via [email protected]!

STRIFE got their start in Los Angeles, CA in 1991 and quickly became one of the first hardcore bands from the west coast to gain worldwide notoriety. With a non-stop touring schedule STRIFE inspired people around the world to fight for whatever they held to be most true to themselves. “What has always been an important part of the message we bring to shows is acceptance. We want you to come out and feel like you belong”, comments the band. STRIFE alongside Earth Crisis, and Snapcase, were regarded as one of the “Big 3” bands that pushed hardcore to the forefront in the mid to late 90’s. Their second album, In This Defiance, was released in 1997 and is still considered to be a hardcore classic.

After the band split up, they suddenly came back in 2012 with a masterpiece called “Witness a Rebirth”. Now, in Autumn 2015, three years after Witness a Rebirth STRIFE released a brand new EP called “Incision” via War Records. The EP was produced by Terror’s Nick Jett and features Iggor Cavalera (ex-Sepultura, Cavalera Conspiracy) on drums, as well as guest spots from Human Furnace (Ringworm) and Aaron Melnick (Integrity, In Cold Blood).
